- 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz. can evaporated milk
- ½ cup whole milk
- 3 oz. package strawberry jello, divided
- 8 oz. container Cool Whip (plus more for garnish)
- 25 Golden Oreos (crushed)
- ¼ cup salted butter (melted)
- Fresh strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake the white sheet cake in a 9×13 glass dish according to package instructions. Allow it to cool completely.
- In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the evaporated milk. Whisk in half of the strawberry gelatin until dissolved, then allow to cool slightly.
- Combine the sweetened condensed milk and whole milk with the cooled evaporated milk mixture; whisk until smooth.
- Poke small holes evenly across the surface of the cooled cake using a bamboo skewer.
- Pour the strawberry milk mixture over the cake, covering it evenly. Refrigerate for at least one hour.
- Spread Cool Whip on top of the chilled cake after soaking.
- Crush the Golden Oreos in a plastic bag using a rolling pin, then mix with melted butter and remaining gelatin powder.
