  • ½ cup diced green onions (plus more for garnish)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 cups buffalo wing sauce
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (cubed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, celery, green onions, eggs, garlic, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
