  • 1 Packet Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 cups Minute Rice
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 8 ounces Tomato Sauce
  • Gordos Cheese Dip

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil. Once hot, sauté the diced onions and bell peppers for about 2-3 minutes until softened.
  2. Add the diced chicken and fajita seasoning to the skillet. Cook for approximately 7-8 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. Stir in the Minute Rice, tomato sauce, and chicken broth. Mix well and bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and allow the dish to rest so that the rice absorbs the flavorful broth.
  5. Serve warm topped with Gordos Cheese Dip.
