- 1/4 cup instant coffee granules
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream

- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup white chocolate peppermint baking chips
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick baking spray.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, and cocoa powder; set aside.
- In a stand mixer, combine sour cream, eggs, and melted butter; mix until smooth.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture while mixing on medium speed until just combined.
- Gently fold in white chocolate peppermint chips and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
