  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Line and lightly grease a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash ripe bananas until smooth. Add peanut butter, olive oil, vanilla extract, almond milk, coconut sugar, and salt; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon.
  4. Gently fold dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined; avoid over-mixing.
  5. Stir in dairy-free chocolate chips if desired.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50–55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
