Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
- 14 ounces chicken broth
- 1/2 cup white grape juice (or broth)
- 3 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat, melt the butter and sauté the diced onion for about 3 minutes until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in flour and cook for another minute before adding frozen vegetables and chopped chicken.
- Pour in chicken broth and white grape juice (or broth), seasoning with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning.
