Ingredients
- 12 lasagna noodles
- 2½ cups ricotta cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (divided)
- 1 large egg
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3 cups cooked chicken (shredded)
- 30 ounces jarred Alfredo sauce
- 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Cook the lasagna noodles in salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and lay flat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of the baking dish. Layer three noodles, half of the ricotta mixture, half of the shredded chicken, half of the remaining Alfredo sauce, and one cup of mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
- For the final layer, place three more noodles on top and pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over them. Sprinkle with remaining parmesan and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30-35 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly.
