Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey sausage (mild or spicy)
8 oz cream cheese, softened
6 large eggs
1 cup milk (whole or 2%)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup chopped green onions (or white onion)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
2 cups frozen hash browns or tater tots (optional, for a heartier version)
Butter or oil for greasing the dish

Instructions
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or oil.
Step 2: Cook the Sausage
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey sausage until browned and fully cooked.
Drain any excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
Step 3: Mix the Cream Cheese Base
In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add softened cream cheese and whisk or beat until mostly smooth (a few small bits are okay).
Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and green onions.
Step 4: Combine & Assemble
Fold the cooked turkey sausage and shredded cheddar into the cream cheese mixture.
If using hash browns or tater tots, layer them in the greased dish first, then pour the egg mixture over the top.
Spread evenly and sprinkle extra cheese on top if desired.
Step 5: Bake
Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden and bubbling.
Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
