Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F and wash the Russet potatoes thoroughly.
- Pat them dry and poke holes in each potato with a fork.
- Wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for about 1 hour until tender.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Drain excess grease if necessary.
- Add taco seasoning and water according to packet instructions; bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer for about 10 minutes until thickened.
- Carefully unwrap the baked potatoes, make a slit on top, fill generously with the beef mixture, and top with your favorite toppings.
