  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 teaspoons Chipotle Sauce from can of Adobo Peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 8 Flour Tortillas (burrito size)
  • 1 cup Nacho Cheese sauce
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican Cheese Blend
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté chopped onions until translucent.
  2. Add ground beef and taco seasoning; cook until browned. Add water to combine flavors.
  3. Prepare rice by cooking it in chicken broth using either a rice cooker or stovetop method.
