  • 20 Golden Oreos
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) strawberry Jello powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, crush Golden Oreos. Combine with melted butter and strawberry Jello powder to create the crunch topping.
  3. Cream together softened butter, white sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in strawberry extract and food coloring until evenly mixed.
  6. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  7. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet batter until just combined.
  8. Shape dough into balls and coat them with the Oreo crunch mixture.
  9. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 12 minutes total; add additional topping halfway through.
