- ¼ cup (59.5 g) heavy whipping cream for nougat layer
- ¼ cup (64.5 g) creamy peanut butter for nougat layer
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow fluff for nougat layer
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract for nougat layer
- 2 cups (292 g) salted peanuts for nougat layer
- 1 bag (11 ounces) caramel bits for caramel layer
- ¼ cup (59.5 g) heavy whipping cream for caramel layer
- 2 cups (364 g) milk chocolate chips for chocolate topping
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil for chocolate topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- For the brownie base, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy; mix in butter and vanilla. Gradually combine dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
- Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs. Let cool.
- For the nougat layer, melt butter and sugar in a saucepan; stir in cream, peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, peanuts, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
