  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon hot honey
  • ⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • Fresh chives or parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and slice sweet potatoes into ⅓-inch thick rounds.
  3. Drizzle olive oil on a large baking sheet and coat the sweet potato rounds evenly.
  4. Season with cinnamon, smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with hot honey and toss to coat.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for about 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through until crispy and golden brown.
