Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons frying oil
- 7 ounces cremini mushrooms
- 1/4 head broccoli
- 1 large carrot (or 2 medium)
- 2 green onions
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1-inch piece of ginger
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 24 oz package store-bought dumplings (frozen chicken gyoza)
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seed oil
Instructions
