Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup pink pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup strawberries or raspberries (for pink color)

  • ½ banana (for creaminess, optional)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt

  • ½ cup orange juice or pineapple juice

  • ½ cup ice cubes (more if using fresh fruit)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional, for added fiber)

  • 1 tsp lime juice (for brightness)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients

  1. If using fresh fruit, peel and chop the pink pineapple and banana.

  2. Wash berries and gather all smoothie ingredients.

Step 2: Blend It Up
3. In a blender, combine pink pineapple, berries, banana, yogurt, juice, lime juice, and ice.
4. Add chia or flaxseeds if using.
5. Blend on high until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.

Step 3: Adjust Consistency
6. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash more juice or water.
7. If too thin, blend in a few more ice cubes or frozen fruit.

Step 4: Serve and Enjoy
8. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
9. Garnish with fresh fruit, mint, or coconut flakes if desired.

Notes

Use Frozen Fruit – It gives a thicker, creamier texture without watering it down.
Balance Flavors – Add lime juice for a tart contrast to the sweet fruit.
Go Dairy-Free – Swap yogurt for plant-based options like almond or coconut yogurt.
Boost Nutrition – Add spinach, protein powder, or oats for a meal replacement.
Make a Smoothie Bowl – Use less liquid and top with granola, seeds, and fruit.
