- 2 Cups Unbleached Flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt
- 1 Large Egg
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- Grated Orange Zest
- 2 Tbsp Butter, melted
- 1 Cup Fresh Cranberries, halved or chopped
- 1/2 Cup Walnuts, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a loaf pan by spraying it with non-stick spray.
- In a large bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, and sea salt. Stir in cranberries.
- In another bowl, beat the egg and mix in orange juice, grated zest, and melted butter.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently until just mixed; fold in walnuts.
- Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–55 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack before slicing.
