Ingredients

For the Garlic Butter Coating:

2 tbsp mayonnaise

1 tbsp honey or sugar

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 large egg

1 tbsp chopped parsley or dried herbs
For the Bread:

4–6 small round bread rolls (brioche, dinner rolls, or soft buns)
Instructions
Step 1: Make the Cream Cheese Filling

In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.

Beat until light and creamy.

Transfer to a piping bag or spoon into a ziplock bag with a corner snipped off.
Step 2: Prepare the Bread Rolls
5. Slice each roll into 6 wedges—but don’t cut all the way through. The base should remain intact.
6. Gently open the wedges to create space for filling.
Step 3: Fill the Bread with Cream Cheese
7. Pipe or spoon the cream cheese mixture into the gaps between each wedge.

Step 4: Make the Garlic Butter Coating
