  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/2 cup Cornstarch
  • 2 Eggs (beaten)
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and white pepper.
  3. Dip chicken in beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to about 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry chicken in batches until golden brown and cooked through (5–7 minutes per batch). Drain on paper towels.
  6. In another bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, cornstarch, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  7. In a skillet over medium heat, combine fried chicken and sauce; toss until well coated.
  8. Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sesame seeds and spring onions.
