  • 1 recipe of Homemade BBQ Sauce
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons of salt
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons of black pepper
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons of hot chili powder
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons of garlic powder
  • 4 toasted brioche buns
  • Green leaf lettuce
  • Sliced mozzarella cheese
  • Crispy turkey turkey bacon
  • Sliced red onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, chili powder, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Place on the baking sheet.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes. Brush BBQ sauce on both sides and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Increase oven temperature to 475°F (245°C), add more BBQ sauce, and bake for another 5 minutes.
  5. Toast burger buns in a frying pan over medium heat until golden brown.
