- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 4 ounces tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce
- Brioche sandwich slices
- Slices of mozzarella cheese
- Slices of gouda cheese
- Butter for toasting

- Begin by dicing the onion and mincing the garlic. Set aside.
