  • 25.4 oz bags Knorr Creamy Chicken Flavored Rice or Herb & Butter Rice
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
  • 3.5 cups chicken stock
  • 2/3 cup white grape juice
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
  • 1.5 cups Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a 9×13 casserole dish.
  3. In the dish, layer the Knorr rice, followed by the cooked chicken.
  4. Pour in the chicken stock and white grape juice.
  5. Add parmesan cheese, minced garlic, melted butter, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
