  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) biscuit dough
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Season with salt and pepper and stir in minced garlic for two minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and mix in half of the grated cheeses.
  5. Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each one into a small circle.
  6. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture on each circle, fold over, and seal edges tightly to form balls.
  7. Arrange on the baking sheet with space between them.
  8. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with parsley and sprinkle remaining cheeses on top.
