  • 5 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 4 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp fresh parsley
  • 2 tsp Tabasco red pepper sauce
  • Salt and black pepper
  • Dried thyme
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter

  4. Sear the lamb chops for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Check the internal temperature for desired doneness (145°F for medium-rare).
  6. Remove chops; in the same skillet, add chicken stock to deglaze and stir in softened butter until smooth.
