  • 1 package (16 ounces) potato gnocchi, uncooked

  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add sliced onions and sauté for 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
  2. Stir in red grape juice and cook until evaporated. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add gnocchi to the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until tender.
