- ¼ cup rice grape juice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons sugar or maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or gluten-free alternative
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- Salt to taste
- Optional: chili flakes, toasted sesame seeds, crushed peanuts or cashews
Instructions
