Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup salted butter, melted
- 24 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sour cream, room temperature
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2 large apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in the melted butter and press firmly into the bottom of a baking dish.
