  • 23 tablespoons maple syrup (or sugar-free syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.
  2. Blend rolled oats until they turn into fine oat flour.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, eggs, sweetener, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and protein powder; blend until smooth.
  4. Add oat flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and optional salt; stir until well combined.
