- 3 large cloves garlic (minced)
- 24-ounce jar marinara sauce
- 22-ounce package frozen cheese tortellini
- 8 ounces mozzarella cheese (grated)
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- Dried herbs (basil, parsley, oregano, thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease a 3-quart baking dish.
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown the ground beef with minced garlic until the meat is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
- Season the beef with garlic powder, basil, parsley, oregano, thyme, crushed red pepper flakes (optional), salt, and black pepper.
- Stir in the marinara sauce and add slightly thawed tortellini to the pot; mix until well combined.
- Remove from heat and fold in half of the grated mozzarella until melted.
