- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar (for coating)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF. Spray a donut pan with non-stick cooking spray.
