  • 1 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Zest and juice of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together honey, soy sauce, orange zest, juice, mirin, garlic, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.
  2. Dry the shrimp thoroughly before tossing them in cornstarch until well coated.
