- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 4 ounces cream cheese (at room temperature)
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350ºF and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
