  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 ounces imitation crab (flake-style, chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (sliced)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, imitation crab, green onion, soy sauce, garlic, and sugar. Mix until well blended.
  2. Place about one tablespoon of the filling onto each wonton wrapper. Wet the edges with water and fold to seal tightly.
