- 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon soy sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic (minced)
- ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
- ½ cup cooked chicken (shredded)
- 8 slices sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese and mozzarella until smooth. Stir in green onions, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, granulated sugar, and shredded chicken until well combined.
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of sourdough bread generously.
