Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup flour

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 stick butter (mostly melted)
  • 1/2 lemon (zested and juiced)
  • 2 eggs
  • Seasonal spices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
  2. In a ziplock bag, crush cornflakes into coarse crumbs.
  3. Set up three shallow dishes: one with flour mixed with seasonings, another with whisked eggs and milk, and the last with crushed cornflakes.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in flour, dip into the egg mixture, then coat with cornflake crumbs.
