  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 ¼ cups milk (whole milk recommended)
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove and let it cool slightly.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, combine eggs, Greek yogurt, milk, and vanilla extract. Whisk in melted butter until well mixed.
  4. Pour dry ingredients into wet ingredients and stir until just combined. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease if necessary.
  6. Pour about 3 tablespoons of batter onto the skillet; cook until bubbles form and bottoms are golden brown (about 3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 2 minutes until golden.
