Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup canned black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1/2 cup canned corn (drained)
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Vegetable oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cooked rice, cheddar cheese, black beans, corn, and salsa. Mix until well combined.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spoon about 1/3 cup of the filling onto each one.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
