  • Olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • Chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, paprika
  • Nacho cheese
  • 5 burrito-sized flour tortillas
  • Taco sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Peel and cube the potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Air fry the potatoes for about 25 minutes until crispy, shaking occasionally.
  3. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef seasoned with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, dried cilantro, and paprika.
  4. Add ½ cup of water to the beef mixture and keep it on low heat while waiting for the potatoes.
  5. Assemble the burritos by layering nacho cheese, ground beef, crispy potatoes, and taco sauce on each tortilla before rolling tightly.
  6. Cook the assembled burritos in the skillet until golden brown on all sides.
