Instructions

Wash all fruit thoroughly.
Peel and slice or dice fruits as needed (strawberries, kiwi, orange, banana, apple, etc.).
Add all the prepared fruit to a large mixing bowl.
Step 2: Make the Dressing (Optional)
In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, lemon/lime juice, and honey (if using).
Stir in fresh mint for a refreshing twist.
Step 3: Combine and Toss
Pour the dressing over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
Be careful not to mash softer fruits like bananas or berries.

Serve immediately in bowls or jars, or refrigerate for up to 2 hours to chill.
Top with a dollop of yogurt, sprinkle with granola, nuts, or seeds if desired.
Garnish with extra mint leaves for freshness and presentation.
Notes
Use Ripe Fruit – For the sweetest, juiciest flavor.
Add Banana Last – It browns quickly, so mix it in just before serving.
Chill Before Serving – Makes the salad even more refreshing.
Balance Textures – Combine crunchy (apple), soft (banana), and juicy (berries) fruits.
Make It a Meal – Add protein with yogurt, cottage cheese, or nuts.
