  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • Vegetable oil (for frying)

  • All-purpose flour
  • Lemon pepper
  • Garlic powder
  • Seasoned salt

  • Mayonnaise
  • Sweet chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a large bowl, mix flour with lemon pepper, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
  3. Coat shrimp in mustard first, then dip into beaten egg followed by the flour mixture.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan to about 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry shrimp in batches for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  6. Whisk together mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice grape juice vinegar in a separate bowl.
