Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (177°C) and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Using a 1 tbsp cookie scoop, place dollops of cottage cheese on the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each scoop.
  3. Flatten each scoop to about 3/16 to 1/4 inch thick using the back of a metal spoon. If desired, sprinkle your favorite seasonings on top.
  4. Bake for 40-50 minutes until the edges are dark brown and the surface is nicely browned, checking around the 20-minute mark.
